How do I start to condition my legs for a possible bike trip with my brother? I've never been a big cyclist.Consistency is a big key. With even small rides, you will build a base you can work from. As your endurance increases, you can do speed work and hill training. If there are few hills, riding against the wind is great.

Weight training can also be beneficial. Squats, leg curls, leg extensions, and core strengthening all work well with cycling.

Ride safely while enjoying the fresh air and freedom cycling brings.

You will have fun with your bro.
